Living Things is the fifth studio album by American rock band Linkin Park. According to the aggregate review website Metacritic, Living Things holds a score of 60 out of 100 based on 15 collected reviews, indicating 'mixed to average reviews. Upon its release, the album was met with mixed reviews from critics. Living Things would be their last album to be produced by Rubin. Production was handled by vocalist Mike Shinoda and Rick Rubin, who both co-produced the band's previous two studio albums Minutes to Midnight (2007) and A Thousand Suns (2010).
